Business profiles and outreach
Local businesses that create profiles agree to represent their services accurately. Businesses that unlock contact information agree to use that information only for relevant, respectful outreach related to hospitality services.
Paid lead unlocks
Purchasing a lead unlock grants access to contact information for a specific host profile. Unlocked contact information may not be resold, redistributed, or used outside the context of legitimate service outreach. See the Refund Policy for information about payment disputes.
Acceptable use
The following activities are not permitted on BNBwhitepages:
- Spam, harassment, or unsolicited bulk contact
- Scraping or automated data collection from the platform
- Resale or redistribution of contact information
- Impersonation or submission of false information
- Any use that violates applicable laws or regulations
BNBwhitepages may limit, suspend, or remove accounts, listings, or access if we believe the platform is being misused.
No affiliation with third-party platforms
BNBwhitepages is an independent directory. It is not affiliated with Airbnb, VRBO, HomeToGo, or their parent companies. References to those platforms describe the types of properties that may be listed in the directory, not a business relationship.
Availability and changes
BNBwhitepages may update, change, restrict, or discontinue features as the platform evolves. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Limitation of liability
BNBwhitepages provides the directory on an as-is basis and does not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the results of any outreach, or uninterrupted access to the platform. To the extent permitted by law, BNBwhitepages is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
