BNBwhitepages is a directory of publicly listed and host-submitted hospitality properties. Here's exactly where our data comes from and how we protect it.
Where property data comes from
BNBwhitepages aggregates hospitality property information from two sources:
- Public listing platforms — Properties listed on platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and HomeToGo are publicly visible. We index basic property information (city, property type, approximate review counts) that is already visible to the public.
- Host-submitted profiles — Hosts and property managers can create a free account and submit their own listing directly. These profiles are verified by the host and include the service needs they want local businesses to know about.
We do not scrape private or account-protected data. We only index information that is already publicly visible on listing platforms, and we supplement that with information hosts choose to share directly.

Contact details are only accessible after creating a business account and paying to unlock a lead ($1.99 per contact, or $29/month for unlimited access).
How we handle contact information
- Contact information is stored securely and is never sold to third parties.
- Only verified business account holders can unlock contact details, and only after payment.
- We do not share your information with anyone outside of BNBwhitepages without your consent, except as required by law.
- Hosts who create an account can update or remove their contact information at any time from their dashboard.
Removing or updating a listing
If your property appears in our directory and you want to claim, update, or remove it, you have the right to do so. We will process all legitimate requests within 2–3 business days.

BNBwhitepages is an independent directory. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Airbnb, VRBO, HomeToGo, Expedia Group, or any other listing platform or their parent companies. Property counts and review data referenced on our platform are estimates derived from publicly available sources and may not reflect real-time accuracy.
